How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is placed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with the order number and corresponding details. You will also receive an order confirmation email with the same information.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. We also accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Venmo payments.

Is my payment secure?

Our payment processor is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant which guarantees the security of payments made on Egyptianblue.com

How to return and exchange ?

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to
request a return.

Please note: All returns are inspected by an independent 3rd party. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, still fitted with tags/security ribbon, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired
item.

How do I get my refund ?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If
approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business
days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to
process and post the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us
at support@egyptianblue.com.

Do you deliver internationally ?

Yes, delivery time: 2-7 business days. For all international deliveries, customers need to make sure customs fees and taxes are covered.

Are there any delivery fees ?

US deliveries are free of charge. Delivery time: 4-8 business days. Customers can optionally upgrade delivery service to 3-5 business days for $4.99.

International delivery rates are based on total weight of order.

I received a damaged item. What can I do?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@egyptianblue.com so we can address the issue promptly.
