Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Please note: All returns are inspected by an independent 3rd party. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, still fitted with tags/security ribbon, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Returns will only be accepted if you contact us before sending the item back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@egyptianblue.com so we can address the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be:
- In the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
